Chad Lippincott comes from a family of carpenters. He is a sixth generation builder and developed a love for the trade at an early age. Chad began framing houses as a teenager, but over the last few years he has grown into a quality custom builder.

Delia Pierce a resident of Baldwin County her whole life, offers her design and decorating talents to the company as well as accounting and marketing. Delia has a desire for every home to meet the homeowner’s practical needs as well as make theirs dreams come true through detail and design.

Deborah Nelson-Hall - Architect
  • Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi, 1986
  • Licensed architect; office in Baldwin County
  • Designing homes in Montgomery and Mobile areas since 1990
  • Teams with clients to develop a final plan that meets each clients individual vision for their home.
Lori Bledsoe - Office Manager
  • Provides communication between clients and team members.
  • Aids the building process by providing to clients; building permits, loan information and job status information.
  • Assures that calls will be answered and returned by other team members in a timely fashion.
